The specialized skills that we employ/or contract, are: RN, LPN, Psychiatric RN, Home Health Aid (CNA), PT, OT and ST.

Speech-Language Pathologist

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Possesses a degree which includes an internship from an approved masters program in Speech-Language Pathology, or as required by applicable law and/or regulation.

2. Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Associa¬tion (ASHA).

3. Is certified to practice Speech-Language Pathology.

4. Has a minimum of one year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology.

5. Has good oral and written communication skills; has good organizational skills.

6. Possesses and maintains current CPR certification, TB testing.

Physical Therapist - Hire-on Bonus: $12,000

1. Is a graduate of a Physical Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.

2. Is registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Physical Therapy Association.

3. Has two years of clinical experience as an Physical Therapist.

4. Has good oral and written communication skills; has good organizational skills.

5. Possess and maintains current CPR Certification.

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Physical Therapist contracted through the Organization is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for physical therapy services and for adherence to all conditions outlined in the Service Agreement.
